Ged is responsible for ensuring LDC continues to support the growth ambitions of businesses across the North West by identifying business owners and management teams that would benefit from the backing of a private equity partner
Since joining LDC in 2012, he has led a number of the firm’s most successful partnerships. This has included supporting the growth ambitions of businesses such as clinical trials business Synexus, luxury holiday cottage provider Lakelovers and the iconic crisp manufacturer Seabrook.
He also sits on the boards of several LDC portfolio businesses, including, ChargePoint, Neilson Active Holidays and SRL Traffic Systems as a non-executive director to provide continued support.
A University of Manchester graduate, Ged qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 1991 and has more than 25 years of private equity and M&A experience.
