At LDC, Martyn has supported the growth of a broad range of businesses including Mi Hub, ENSEK, Chargepoint, Fishawack, Pelsis, Sigmat, and Stroma. He played an integral role in LDC’s six-year partnership with Mi Hub and helped the management team, led by Hayley Brooks, to increase EBITDA over the life of the investment through largescale operational efficiencies and delivery of strategic international customer growth.
He also supports businesses in the LDC portfolio through his role as a non-executive director at Commsworld, Lucida Group, Avantis, Texecom and Vista.
Prior to his time at LDC, Martyn had more than 15 years’ experience in senior business leadership roles all operating within PE ownership. This experience includes establishing international operations, disposing of non-core assets, completing mergers and integration, buy and build strategies, contract wins and product development. All of this experience underpins his partnerships with the management teams of LDC portfolio companies.
