Will is an Investment Director in LDC’s Yorkshire team, based in Leeds. He is responsible for identifying potential investment opportunities, leading transactions and supporting the management teams of LDC’s portfolio businesses as they pursue their growth ambitions.
Will joined LDC in 2021 and has since supported a number of LDC investments including ARC Building Solutions, Texecom, BCIS, Cellhire and Pagabo Group.
Formerly Will spent eight years in the corporate finance team of global investment bank Rothschild & Co. There he worked on numerous local, national and international transactions, and helped Yorkshire-based management teams operating across a variety sectors secure private equity investment. Prior to this he worked for five years in EY’s corporate finance team, qualifying as a chartered accountant.
Will graduated from the University of Newcastle with a degree in Business Management in 2008.
