Jade Kelsall is an Investment Manager in LDC’s North West team, based in Manchester. She focuses on identifying and investing in ambitious management teams, while helping businesses accelerate growth and create long-term value.
Before joining LDC in 2026, Jade was a Senior Investment Manager at Growth Partner. She worked across the full investment lifecycle, supporting investments in high-growth consumer and healthcare businesses, and holding board and observer roles across the portfolio. Prior to this, she spent four years at Seneca Property, gaining experience across investments, fundraising, capital projects and portfolio management.
Jade qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Grant Thornton working across both audit and corporate finance. She holds a First Class Honours degree in Economics from the University of Liverpool.
Outside of work, Jade is a keen marathon runner and sports enthusiast, who loves travelling, exploring new places and discovering great restaurants.
