Dan identifies and supports ambitious management teams across London looking to take the next step in their growth journey with the backing of a private equity partner.
Dan joined LDC in 2016 and has responsibility for originating and executing new investments, alongside managing portfolio companies.
Dan has been involved in a number of high-profile and strategically important deals for LDC, with a focus on the technology, data and digital services sectors. This includes partnerships with contextual video AdTech platform Precisify (formerly Precise TV), global leading supply chain risk management data platform and subsequent exit of Sedex, IT Managed Service Provider Acora, data led automated fulfilment provider RDi, data driven SaaS marketing procurement platform RightSpend, global digital marketing agency and subsequent exit of Croud and the buyout and subsequent exit of EdTech software company Texthelp. Dan also sat on the board of premium loudspeaker manufacturer Martin Audio and supported on data, content and events provider PEI.
Dan holds a first class honours degree in Economics from The University of Nottingham and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
