Lucy Lagrosse
Lucy identifies and supports ambitious management teams across the East Midlands and East of England that are looking for the support of a private equity partner.
She joined LDC in 2026 from Clearwater, where, as a Senior Associate, she spent over three years working on M&A transactions and private equity investments across the modelling and debt advisory teams. Prior to this, she graduated from Manchester University and spent four years at Deloitte.
Outside of work, Lucy keeps herself active with running, badminton and padel.
