Violette is a member of the Value Enhancement Group and supports boards and senior management teams of portfolio companies in their Digital Transformation journeys.

Background:

Violette joined LDC in July 2017 to provide Digital Transformation leadership across the LDC portfolio. She has extensive experience in supporting growth through Digital technology and data-driven solutions, across established businesses and start-ups. 

Her areas of expertise range from Digital strategy and customer experience design, to product development and innovation, digital marketing and media, brand engagement, and data analytics, across a wide range of consumer industries (retail, technology, food), both in consultancy roles (Razorfish, FCB) and in operational ones (McDonald’s). 

Violette joined LDC from McDonald’s where she was a Digital Marketing Director, part of the Global Digital transformation team, responsible for planning and executing innovative brand engagement and customer experience strategies across McDonald’s key markets.

Interests:

Violette is a keen traveller, has lived and worked in 4 countries and is fluent in 3 languages. In her spare time Violette enjoys skiing, yoga, singing, and spending time with her husband and two young daughters.
