Joe is responsible for identifying management teams across London looking to grow their business with the support of a private equity partner. He works side-by-side with management throughout the investment partnership to help them realise their growth ambitions.
He joined LDC in 2019, having spent eight years working alongside entrepreneur Luke Johnson on his personal investments, which included sourcing and leading the reverse takeover of The Brighton Pier Group plc.
Since joining LDC, Joe has worked on the management buyouts of Onecom, Ashtons Hospital Pharmacy Services and led LDC’s investment partnership in LeMieux and Sedex.
Outside of LDC, Joe is a Founding Director and on the Executive Committee for a primary and secondary school for children with special education needs.
