Dale leads LDC’s team in the North West, based in Manchester, and is responsible for identifying and supporting ambitious management teams looking to grow their business with the backing of a private equity partner.

Since joining LDC in 2012, Dale has supported a range of ambitious companies across multiple regions. This includes myHappymind, Panthera Biopartners, Uinsure, Talos360, CTI, Marmalade Game Studio, WCCTV, Omniplex, Rhino Products, Global Autocare, Mitrefinch, Team17, Pelsis, NBS, Sigmat, Adler & Allan and Seabrook.

He continues to support the businesses LDC has invested in through his role as non-executive director, where he advises on everything from long-term growth plans to stakeholder management.

After graduating from Keele University with a degree in Economics in 2001, he qualified as an accountant at EY within the firm’s audit and transaction services practices. He then moved to Deloitte, where he worked in corporate finance, advising on acquisitions, disposals and management buyouts across a variety of sectors.
