Supporting organic growth
LDC invested £22.5m in September 2021 to support the existing management team, led by joint CEOs Michael Willis and Cristina Mereuta, as they invest in the development of new games and recruiting new talent.

Unlocking fresh growth opportunities
In recent years, the business has strengthened its platform partnerships and direct distribution agreements, creating more predictable and diversified revenue streams.
In 2025, Marmalade introduced the cloud gaming platform Amazon Luna as a new distribution channel, and was an official launch partner for Amazon GameNight, a curated selection of games designed to be played on the TV using mobile phones as controllers. As a result of this partnership, the company now has five titles available on the platform, with two new games in development.
In August 2026, Marmalade announced FY25 revenue of £12.7 million and Adjusted EBITDA of £5.2 million. It is on track for record growth in FY26, with EBITDA forecast to almost double again.
