LDC is backing Praesto’s management team to support its ambitious organic and acquisitive growth strategy, which is underpinned by new high-growth vendor partnerships and international expansion, particularly in the US.
As part of the transaction, Tim Wallis joined the board as Non Executive Chair, bringing extensive experience in scaling technology services businesses.
