Praesto partners with LDC to drive growth

Praesto Consulting (Praesto), a leading technology consultancy focused on systems integration, has partnered with LDC to accelerate its growth plans.
Praesto Consulting (Praesto) is a global, multi-discipline IT consultancy specialising in three core disciplines: data; customer experience (CX/CRM); and enterprise performance management (EPM).
Founded in 2009, the business implements and enhances the leading enterprise software platforms for its customers to solve complex problems and gain real data insights to help clients deliver profitable growth. Working across all industries, some of the largest global brands including 17 of the FTSE 100 have benefited from Praesto’s services.
Praesto has achieved strong growth in recent years and has completed six acquisitions to date, including BrightFrog, a UK leader in healthcare digital transformations, in September 2025.
LDC is backing Praesto’s management team, led by founder and CEO Jeremy Ranson, to support the company’s ambitious organic and acquisitive growth strategy.
LDC’s investment was led by Investment Director Aaron Lawson-Clark, Investment Manager Peyman Atapour and Investment Manager Emma Borrie from LDC’s North East & Scotland team. Following the transaction, Aaron and Emma will join Praesto’s board as Non-Executive Directors.

In the last decade, LDC has invested over £717m into technology businesses with a combined enterprise value of £1.9bn. This includes Daintta, a leading professional services firm delivering technology into secure environments, UBDS Group, a fast-growing enterprise digital lifecycle and cybersecurity consultancy and FSP, a digital transformation services provider.
