LDC makes seven promotions across the UK

LDC, the leading private equity investor, has promoted seven people across its investment, origination and fund finance teams, recognising their exceptional performance and contribution to the growth of the leading private equity investor’s portfolio.
The promotions include Dan Gluckman and Tom Jervis to Investment Director, Sally Tam and Eliza Morton to Investment Manager, Hannah Hutchinson to Origination Manager, Maeve O’Toole to Senior Fund Controller and Ronalyn Mabunga to Fund Controller.
In London, Dan Gluckman and Tom Jervis have both been promoted to Investment Director.
Dan joined LDC in 2016 and has built a strong track record across a number of investments including cross-platform media intelligence pioneer Precisify, sustainability data and technology provider Sedex, and automated, data-led healthcare fulfilment specialist RDi. He has also supported several successful partnership journeys from original investment to exit, including digital marketing agency Croud, and assistive technology software provider Texthelp.
Tom has been with LDC for six years and has played a leading role on a number of transactions, most recently originating and leading LDC’s investment into property and construction consultancy Frankham Group. He has also supported the firm’s investments in cloud service provider Creative ITC, and the investment and exit from business critical connectivity provider Wifinity.
Sally Tam, based in LDC’s Bristol office, and Eliza Morton, based in LDC’s London office have both been promoted to Investment Manager.
Sally joined LDC in 2024 from PwC and has supported the firm’s investment into water management consultancy, Waterscan. She also provides portfolio support to tech-enabled inspection services provider to global commercial shipping sector Idwal, and tech-enabled legal services company The Barrister Group.
Eliza joined LDC in 2023 from Arrowpoint and has worked on LDC’s investments including Precisify and Frankham Group where she now provides portfolio support. In addition, supports reputation and communications consultancy Headland and supported on the exit of Iglu, online travel agent specialising in cruise and ski holidays, to Flight Centre.
LDC has also promoted Hannah Hutchinson to Origination Manager. Hannah, who is based in the firm’s East Midlands & East of England office, joined LDC just over a decade ago, and moved into origination in 2022. She has originated a number of opportunities for the firm, including its recent investment in specialist in drone training, operating and consulting services Eagle Eye Innovations.
Elsewhere, in LDC’s fund finance team, Maeve O’Toole has been promoted to Senior Fund Controller and Ronalyn Mabunga to Fund Controller. Both Maeve and Ronalyn joined LDC in 2023 bringing more than a decade of experience to their roles.
