Since joining LDC in 2019, Jacob has supported the growth of several businesses across tech, healthcare and business services. This includes investments in artificial intelligence-based talent analytics platform – Horsefly, a leading provider of innovation software solutions – IEG4, the UK’s leading developer of mobile, console and PC board games – Marmalade Game Studio, a designer and manufacturer of premium external load carrying and restraint systems for light commercial vehicles – Rhino Products and a global digital learning provider – Omniplex.
Jacob was previously an Associate Director in Grant Thornton’s M&A Corporate Finance team, where he worked on numerous mid-market private equity and corporate transactions.
Jacob qualified as an accountant whilst part of Grant Thornton’s audit team.
