Elovate (formerly Mosaic Fulfilment Solutions) provides end-to-end outsourced business services to a broad range of clients across the retail, e-commerce, FMCG and not-for-profit sectors.
LDC invested in Elovate in 2019 to support the next stage of the business’ growth journey. This includes identifying complementary acquisitions and investing in new product development to broaden its range of services.
As part of the initial investment, Elovate acquired CommittedGiving, a digital payments business, as well as invested to double capacity at its York HQ.
In April 2021, the business acquired logistics, warehousing and fulfilment firm Thorn 3PL Services Ltd.
