Elovate (formerly Mosaic Fulfilment Solutions) provides end-to-end outsourced business services to a broad range of clients across the retail, e-commerce, FMCG and not-for-profit sectors. The company is made up of two divisions.
Elovate eCommerce delivers interactive fulfilment – offering industry-leading tech and excellent service to clients. This includes e-fulfilment and payment processing, in warehouse and posting facilities, digital mail, secure document and storage facilities, and dispatch and courier management.
Elovate Charity uses the organisation’s wealth of experience and innovative technology to take care charities’ campaign needs. Everything from donation responses to online giving to printing and fulfilment.
A new growth journey with LDC
LDC partnered with Elovate’s management team in 2019 to support the next stage of the business’ growth journey. This includes identifying complementary acquisitions, investing in new product development to broaden its range of services and extending its existing site in York to double its capacity.
As part of the initial investment, Elovate acquired CommittedGiving. In 2021 the company acquired logistics, warehousing and fulfilment provider Thorn 3PL Services Ltd, to help increase capacity, further enhance technology-led services and expand the company’s footprint across the North, which was followed by the acquisition of Telebank in 2023.
