Mark Howden

Mark joined LDC in 2020, bringing experience from a decade in strategic roles in industry, underpinned by a decade in Corporate Finance across both M&A and Restructuring

He was Chief Strategy Officer at Bentley Motors with responsibilities for their restructuring programme, development of their ‘Beyond100’ corporate strategy and the business’ response to the COVID-19 crisis.  Before that, at Jaguar Land Rover, Mark held a number of leadership positions including Globalisation Director and Corporate Strategy & Planning Director.

Prior to moving into the automotive industry Mark worked for Rothschild in M&A. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at EY, having graduated from the University of Warwick with a first-class degree in Management Science.

As part of his role at LDC, Mark sits on the Board Star Live and Precision Micro and also leads LDC’s Industrials sector team. His investments include Star Live and Shaken Udder.
