Joe leads technology investment for LDC in London. He is responsible for sourcing and leading transactions, supporting ambitious management teams to grow their business with the backing of a private equity partner.
Joe joined LDC in 2019 and has since led investments and exits of some of LDC’s most successful growth stories, including wireless internet service provider Wifinity, MedComms specialist Lucid Group, EdTech specialist Texthelp, full service digital marketing business Croud, and capital markets technology firm Etrading Software. He has supported these businesses to expand internationally, accelerate organic sales and complete strategic M&A.
Joe has more than 20 years’ experience delivering technology transactions. Prior to LDC, he was a Partner at Cumulus Asset Management where he led Principal Investments globally. Joe has an MA in Natural Sciences and an MSci in Experimental and Theoretical Physics from the University of Cambridge. He is a CFA charterholder.
