Grant is responsible for identifying and supporting investment into high quality businesses across the North West that would benefit from the support of a private equity partner.
Since joining LDC in 2020, Grant has worked on the investments in in myHappymind, a provider of digital mental health and wellbeing programmes for schools, the UK’s largest Site Management Organisation (SMO) for commercial clinical trials, Panthera Biopartners, cloud-based technology platform Uinsure, provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions Talos360, ed-tech specialist Avantis and healthcare firms PAM and EMS Group Solutions. He also supported the investment and subsequent exit of WCCTV, a leading supplier of redeployable CCTV solutions.
Previously, he worked at Ardenton Capital where he was a Senior Investment Manager in the Manchester office focusing on investments in the healthcare, industrials, consumer goods and technology sectors.
Grant graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Accounting & Finance and qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst at Deloitte in their Corporate Finance team.
