The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG) engages audiences through the creation and delivery of live experiences, communications, immersive and interactive content. The business operates with three distinct brands WRG, The Moment and Just Communicate.

TCEG was formed in 2016 following the combination of LDC-backed businesses WRG, a pre-eminent live events agency and The Moment (formerly part of Twofour), a B2B and B2C creative film storytelling, interactive and embedded agency alongside the acquisition of Just Communicate, a global production company in the healthcare sector.

The combination of these three brands has resulted in a highly complementary suite of creative capabilities and a high quality client database.

In July 2017 LDC exited its investment in The Creative Engagement Group in a strategic trade sale to Huntsworth plc, an international healthcare and public relations communications group. The deal is at an enterprise value of £25m.

The deal will significantly strengthen its ability to provide high quality digital creativity to its healthcare clients. It will also see TCEG benefit from access to the group’s existing client base and support the future international growth of the business, particularly in the US.
