The business offers a complete procurement solutions package across outsourcing, technology and consultancy.
Inprova Group delivers professional procurement services for private and public sector organisations in the UK.
In March 2014 LDC invested in Warrington-based procurement services business CEL Procurement. A year after the original investment, Inprova Group was set up by the founders of CEL Procurement and the business was rebranded to Inprova Group. At the same time of the re-brand, the business also appointed a high profile Chairman, Bob Holt, to support its growth ambitions.
In 2015 Inprova Group acquired two energy brokers, energyTEAM and ENER-G Procurement which tripled the company’s workforce and strengthened Inprova’s energy procurement offering. Shortly after these acquisitions, Inprova Group bought UES Energy.
Following these acquisitions, Inprova Group launched its new energy business ‘Inprova Energy’ which is already one of the top ten business energy procurement and management consultancies in the UK.
In February 2018 Inprova Group acquired energy consultancy Energy & Carbon Management (E&CM) as part of its ongoing buy-and-build growth strategy. E&CM is one of the UK’s leading energy consultancies and provides clients with energy broker and consultancy services, such as commercial gas and electricity procurement, energy risk management and consumption measurement and analysis.
This deal marks Inprova’s fifth acquisition under LDC’s tenure and represents another milestone in the business’s ambitions to expand its operations in the energy sector.
