LDC-backed Red Helix acquires Risk Crew to enhance cyber security services

Leading cyber security company Red Helix has acquired security consultancy Risk Crew to expand its existing client offering with new cyber assurance capabilities. The acquisition is the latest milestone in Red Helix’s ambitious growth journey and will support its mission to help businesses build resilience against evolving cyber threats.
Risk Crew provides information and security governance risk and compliance (GRC) consultancy and security penetration testing to businesses across the UK and Europe. Following the acquisition, clients of both businesses will be able to access a more comprehensive range of cyber security services from a single, trusted partner, including leading advice and solutions that enable them to actively mitigate vulnerabilities.
LDC invested in Red Helix in 2021 to help the business expand its range of products and services and explore complementary acquisitions.
