Michael is a manufacturing and production specialist and supports the management teams of LDC’s portfolio with operational improvement strategies.
Since joining LDC in 2018, Michael has helped to improve the operational and manufacturing outputs at a number of portfolio companies without a significant spend.
He has a track record of delivering measurable outputs and improvements for high-profile brands including Jaguar Land Rover, Mars and Coca-Cola.
At Jaguar Land Rover, Michael was senior manager at one of the UK manufacturing plants and he previously worked as a senior project manager supporting on global projects. Prior to this he worked at McKinsey & Company where he led the UK Production Systems Design Centre, specialising in operations. Michael holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.
