Harsha is responsible for helping LDC portfolio companies deliver profitable growth through commercial excellence.
Harsha has spent his entire career on delivering shareholder value through commercial excellence – sales effectiveness, product commercialisation, customer retention and pricing.
Harsha joined LDC in October 2017 as part of the Value Enhancement Group. He works with LDC’s ambitious portfolio company boards and senior management teams to deliver profitable growth. It can be anything from helping a software company transform its pricing model to driving the value creation plan at a technology company.
He currently represents LDC on the boards of NBS and Mandata.
Prior to LDC, Harsha was at Regus plc as Group Commercial Director responsible for pricing, business intelligence and sales operations. Previously, he was a management consultant (Simon-Kucher, Mckinsey & Co), interim executive (Alvarez & Marsal) and operational executive (Travelport).
Harsha spends most of his free time with his family, coaching his son on cricket and enjoying the simple pleasures of life (travel, good vegetarian food, good TV) when possible!
