  • In 2012 Trustmarque recorded revenues of over £130m and won a Regional Management Team of the Year award at the BVCA Management Team Awards
  • Trustmarque transformed from an IT reseller into a value-added provider of IT services, growing services-driven revenues to 33% of turnover from a standing start, and its headcount rose from 110 in 2009 to over 180

Outcomes:

  • In 2013 LDC exited their investment in Trustmarque through an SBO backed by Dunedin
  • The deal will support the continued evolution of the business and cement its position as an independent end-to-end technology services provider and trusted adviser of choice for blue-chip organisations
