LDC-backed Giacom debuts in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100

Giacom, the Hull-based cloud IT and communications solutions provider, has made its debut in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100, being recognised for its exceptional growth.

The business placed 69th in the league table, which ranks Britain’s tech businesses with the fastest-growing sales.

Over the past three years, Giacom has grown by 60 per cent, capitalising on the growing demand for cloud-based solutions among the SME market. It posted revenues of £6.6million in its latest financial year.

Since being backed by LDC in May 2016, Giacom has expanded its platform offering with the addition of new, complementary software products for its SME end-user market. This includes BitDefender, its number one cybersecurity software. With LDC’s support, the business is now on track to double its sales and expects to post revenues in excess of £13m for the current financial year.
