Aquavista is the UK’s premier marina operator with 29 marinas under the Castle and Aquavista brands in unique locations across England, five of which are coastal and 24 are inland. They offer residential and leisure berths, boat sales, floating homes and marine services.
In December 2018 LDC invested in the business to support the development of the existing marina estate, to continue to improve the customer experience, broaden leisure services and add new locations.
Acquisitive and organic growth
The business has since invested more than £3m to improve its marina facilities and deliver first-class waterside experiences for its customers.
In 2021 Aquavista completed the strategic acquisition of Castle Marinas, this expanded Aquavista’s portfolio of 18 marinas nationwide with an additional footprint of 11 high quality marinas at new locations, including Crick Marina home of the world-famous Crick Boat Show and the picturesque Birdham Pool Marina at Chichester Harbour.
