Yann is a senior advisor at LDC.
During his 15 years at LDC, Yann has supported the growth of a broad range of businesses including Acora, Babble, Martin Audio, ByBox, Clifford Thames, Microlease, Property Software Group, Connect Managed Services, Airclaims and Ascend.
He played an integral role in LDC’s 10-year partnership with Microlease and helped the management team to integrate six complementary businesses in the UK, US and Europe, grow revenues from £17million to more than £100million, and increase profits from £6million to £35million.
He also supports businesses in the LDC portfolio through his role as a non-executive director at Lucida Group, Onecom, Kerv and Acora.
With more than 20 years’ investment experience, Yann’s work spans business services and technology, and his deals have included a mixture of management buyouts, secondary buyouts and development capital investments.
Yann has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Business.
