Simon is LDC’s General Counsel and is a member of the Leadership Team. He has a broad responsibility for legal, transactional, risk management and HR matters.
Simon’s work touches every aspect of the LDC business. He provides commercial and solution-focused input to the firm and its portfolio.
Prior to joining LDC, Simon was senior counsel at an alternative asset manager. He started his career at Slaughter and May where he advised corporates, private equity funds and financial institutions in cross border public and private M&A. He has a first-class degree in History from Durham University.
