We are knowledgeable about our market. How? Because we're right there. We have a network of eleven regional offices across the UK, stretching from Edinburgh in Scotland, Newcastle in the North, Bristol in the South West, London in the South East.

London and Birmingham are our oldest offices. They were the driving force behind LDC throughout the early years and continue to play an important role today.

The opening of our Leeds office in 1989 provided a pivotal presence in the North, and since then, LDC has opened offices in Manchester, Newcastle upon Tyne and Liverpool. Successful investments have flowed from this region and LDC in the North is considered one of the foremost private equity houses in the region.

The Birmingham base has supported LDC in the Midlands for over 18 years. The West Midlands office was provided with a supporting partner in the East Midlands in 1998 when Nottingham was opened. Today the Nottingham office is the only private equity house domiciled in the city.

To the South, South East and South West, we have new business offices in Reading, Southampton, Bristol, and London. This network provides considerable support to the corporate finance communities of the southern regions.

Our most recent office is Edinburgh, opened in November 2007.
