Background:
Ray graduated with a degree in Business Economics before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in their Audit and Business Advisory department. He then spent six years in Corporate Finance at Andersen and latterly Deloitte & Touche. Ray joined LDC in August 2003 and since then he has been involved in a wide variety of transactions including the MBOs of HFS Loans, PJH Group, PayStream, ATP, Direct Group and HT Forrest. His sector interests include Financial Services and Leisure. Ray is currently a Non-Executive Director of Direct Group, Wealth at Work and kidsunlimited.

Ray enjoys swimming, playing golf, watching football and playing the guitar.
