Background: Overall, Paul has over 20 years experience within the financial services sector, joining LDC in 2001. Before taking up the newly appointed position of International Managing Director, Paul headed up LDC's Origination Team and Investment Team in Manchester. During that period he led several notable deals and was recognised by the Corporate Finance community when being awarded the North West's Venture Capitalist of the Year for three years in succession. It is anticipated that LDC will have offices in China and India within two years, adding to it's existing Hong Kong business.
