Background: Peter graduated with an MSc in Management Science from Imperial College and a postgraduate diploma in Marketing (Institute of Marketing) after a First Class degree in Environmental Science (Southampton). Peter has over 20 years experience in mid-market UK private equity. He has completed over 25 direct transactions, undertaken two MBIs and been managing partner of a private equity business which he successfully turned around. Peter has strong experience in support / business services and outsourcing as well as buy & build / roll-outs. His numerous exits have included trade sales, secondary buy-outs and flotations.
