Background: Andrew joined LDC in August 2007 as Head of Legal & Risk Management and took up his current position in January 2010 with responsibility for LDC’s Legal & Risk, HR and ITC functions. Andrew is a qualified lawyer and his post-qualification legal career began at Travers Smith in 1996 where he was in the Private Equity Group until 1999. After a short spell doing sports law he joined Doughty Hanson, a leading pan-European private equity firm, as in-house counsel in 2000.

Hobbies: Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, music, food and wine and is a keen cyclist, sailor and skier.
