Yann is MD for the Reading office and is responsible for sourcing and completing transactions in the £2million - £100million equity range.
Background:
Yann joined LDC in 2004 and became Managing Director of LDC’s Reading office in July 2011.
Previous roles include seven years at Barclays Leveraged Finance where he was involved in over 50 MBOs as a Director on the Senior Debt team before setting up and running the Mezzanine Team. Prior to this Yann was a currency trader in New York.
Yann has a BSc in Economics from The Wharton School of Business and grew up in Spain, US and Japan.
While at LDC Yann has been on the board of a number of business service and technology companies – Motorclean, Snell, Commercial First, Sala, Airclaims and Ascend. He currently sits on the boards of Microlease and EDM, both of which are “buy and build” platforms which have made a combined 8 acquisitions over the past three years.
