Background: Richard joined LDC in 1997. Prior to joining LDC Richard worked with Kent County Constabulary and developed their IT system and support infrastructure. He has a BA (Hons) Business Studies and an MSC in Information Management at University. Whilst at LDC, Richard has developed and integrated the LDC IT infrastructure and application platform, whilst also being responsible for implementing a new property and business continuity strategy. Richard specialises in business integration, carve outs, application development and IT strategic planning.

Hobbies: His interests include spending time with his family, watching rugby, running, and travelling.
