LDC Scotland’s recent activity include the secondary buy-out of Ramco Oil Services in an investment which supports the company’s international growth strategy, the successful exit from Lanarkshire-based engineering firm MB Aerospace to Arlington Capital Partners and further investment into Epi-V a specialist fund established to invest in emerging technology and service companies within the upstream oil and gas services sector.
