The LDC South operation was established in Reading in 2000, and expanded with office openings in Southampton and finally in Bristol in 2008. Over the past three years the investment activity has increased dramatically, with total transactions rising from 16 by 2006 to 28 by 2009. Equity commitment in the past three years has surpassed £110million.

Investment activity has generated over £120million of capital gains with a significant success in 2007.

The current team has been working in the region for a number of years and, as a consequence, have worked with and alongside a number of key business and advisor contacts. Relationships play a key role in this region.
