LDC's Yorkshire and North East team are based in Leeds.
Since opening our doors in 1989 this region has completed over 45 investments investing over £230million of equity. The award-winning team is committed to support business activity in the region and to help stimulate growth by working alongside an active business community.
The current team place a great emphasis upon creating solid and enduring relationships with management teams, advisors and local business people. Investment activity is a reflection of the success of this approach optimised by their recent investments in NRS Healthcare and Keoghs, and recent successful exits from Eve Trakway and MB Aerospace.
Activity in the region is steady and consistent. In the last five years the team has invested in 13 businesses, from a range of sectors, committing over £160million of equity. In 2012, the team with the support of the local community were awarded ‘Private Equity House of the Year’ at the Insider Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards.
