LDC specialises in providing between £2m and £100m of equity finance for established unquoted UK companies with profits typically in excess of £1m looking to complete an MBO, IBO or development capital transaction.

A company's turnover must exceed £5m and there should be at least a two year audited profit history showing profits in excess of £1m.
